NeverSpam +
Mailshake.
The mailshake warmup integration that warms your real Mailshake campaign — not generic robot conversations. Built for high-volume SaaS sales teams: paste your subject and body, we warm that against 100K+ real seed inboxes, and you scale outbound without nuking domain reputation.
From Mailshake to inbox in 3 steps.
Connect your sender
Google OAuth (5-min Cloud setup) or SMTP/IMAP. Same senders you have plugged into Mailshake — we don't need to replace your sending stack.
Paste from Mailshake
Copy each step of your Mailshake campaign. Tokens like {{firstName}} stay as variables — we resolve them per seed inbox. We warm that — same subject, same body, same links.
Placement data + webhooks
Mailshake's API doesn't expose a sender-tag mutation, so NeverSpam surfaces inbox-placement test data in our dashboard and via webhook. Wire it to Zapier or Make to pause unhealthy Mailshake senders automatically.

Decide: Mailshake warmup on or off?
If you're early in launch, leave Mailshake's warmup running for 7–14 days alongside NeverSpam. If you're established, turn it off so your sender inbox isn't cluttered with two streams of warmup seed mail.
- 02
Sign up for NeverSpam
Create an account at app.neverspam.com and pick a plan matched to your Mailshake sender count.
- 03
Connect senders
Google OAuth for Workspace, SMTP/IMAP for Microsoft 365. Use the same senders that Mailshake is firing through.
- 04
Paste your Mailshake campaign
Click New template → Paste from Mailshake. Drop in subject and body for each step. NeverSpam auto-detects merge tags and lets you resolve them realistically per seed inbox.
- 05
Wire up the webhook
Since Mailshake doesn't expose sender tagging, configure a Zapier/Make webhook in NeverSpam
Settings → Webhooks. We post Active / Standby / Bad / Delayed events you can map to a Mailshake "pause sender" action. - 06
Launch and monitor
Warmup volume ramps automatically over 14 days. Watch placement %, by-provider breakdown, and per-sender deliverability scores. See the cold emails per day limit guide for high-volume safety guardrails.
Deliverability that transfers to Mailshake.
Template fidelity
Mailshake's sender-only warmup builds reputation through generic conversational threads. Your real Mailshake campaign is link-heavy, CTA-heavy, and high volume — filters score it differently from chit-chat. NeverSpam warms the exact template, so the reputation transfers cleanly.
Real seed pool
100K+ live seed inboxes across Gmail, Workspace, Outlook.com, and Microsoft 365 — built for the high-volume sending profiles Mailshake users typically run. Every send returns a real Inbox / Promotions / Spam / Updates placement.
Webhook automation
Mailshake's API doesn't expose a sender-tag endpoint, so NeverSpam pipes events out via webhook. Wire it to Zapier or Make to pause unhealthy Mailshake senders the moment placement drops — no manual triage required.
Questions, answered.
Does Mailshake have warmup built in?
Mailshake offers a sender warmup feature that exchanges generic conversational emails between senders to build sending reputation. It works on the sender level — your address gets warmed — but it doesn't warm the actual outbound template you're going to send through Mailshake. NeverSpam fills that gap by warming the exact subject and body of your real campaign.
How is NeverSpam different from Mailshake's warmup?
Mailshake's warmup is sender-only. NeverSpam is template-based: paste your Mailshake campaign's subject and body and we warm that exact content against 100K+ real seed inboxes on Gmail, Workspace, Outlook, and Microsoft 365. Reputation builds on the content you'll actually send, not on chit-chat threads.
Can NeverSpam tag Mailshake senders via API?
Mailshake has a public REST API but it does not expose a sender-tag mutation today. We surface placement scores in the NeverSpam dashboard and via webhook — pipe the webhook into Zapier or Make to pause unhealthy senders inside Mailshake automatically. We're honest about this: it's not as tight as our Smartlead or Instantly integrations.
Is NeverSpam safe for high-volume Mailshake sending?
Yes — Mailshake teams are typically pushing hundreds of sends per sender per day, and NeverSpam runs warmup volume on a separate, throttled schedule that stays well under daily caps. Most teams run warmup at 20–40 emails/day per sender while their real Mailshake campaign uses the remaining headroom.
How long until placement improves on Mailshake?
Most Mailshake senders see meaningfully better inbox placement within 7–10 days, and full ramp by day 21. New domains and fresh Workspace tenants need closer to 30 days. See our warmup duration guide for the day-by-day numbers.
Does NeverSpam work with Mailshake's lead-catcher and reply detection?
NeverSpam doesn't touch lead-catcher or reply detection — those stay in Mailshake. We operate purely at the sender + template level for warmup. Your real Mailshake outbound runs unchanged; the only addition is a separate warmup stream NeverSpam runs on the same sending accounts.
Is this an official Mailshake integration?
No. NeverSpam is not affiliated with Mailshake. We're an independent template-based warmup service built for teams scaling high-volume cold outbound through Mailshake.
