For one mailbox, yes — Warmup Inbox's per-mailbox entry point (~$15/mo) undercuts NeverSpam Starter at $49/mo. NeverSpam Starter is priced for 3 senders, so the per-account math favors us once you have 3+. If you genuinely only need one mailbox forever, Warmup Inbox is a reasonable choice.
Why does NeverSpam use per-tenant Google OAuth?
Shared OAuth clients (used by most warmup tools, including Warmup Inbox) mean your Workspace admin has to trust a third-party app authored by another company. Per-tenant OAuth means you create the Google Cloud project — the consent screen carries your own org name, and you control the client secret. Workspace admins approve it faster, and we never see your refresh tokens for other tenants. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
Does Warmup Inbox warm my actual campaign template?
Warmup Inbox, like most warmup tools, exchanges synthetic conversational messages between its network mailboxes. Sender reputation goes up; the content fingerprint of your real campaign is evaluated separately by mailbox providers when you start sending. NeverSpam was built specifically to warm the template you ship.
Can I import all my senders from Warmup Inbox at once?
Yes. Use the bulk CSV import (up to 1,000 rows) to add SMTP/IMAP senders. For Google accounts, you OAuth each one through your tenant's consent screen — most teams onboard 15–30 senders in under an hour.
Do replies and opens look the same on both tools?
The seed behaviors are similar — opens, replies, marking as important, moving out of spam. The differences are pool size, pool composition, and whether the warmup traffic carries your actual template content (NeverSpam) or synthetic copy (most others).
