What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your subscription begins automatically at the tier you picked ($49/$149/$499 per month for Starter/Pro/Agency). You can change tier or cancel from the Stripe customer portal at any time.
What if my card fails?
Warmup pauses but your account stays open — login still works, your data is preserved, the dashboard shows a banner asking you to update your card. Your seed-pool reputation is held for 14 days.
Why card required up front?
It's the cheapest fraud filter we have. Real customers don't care; bots don't have payment instruments. Trial signups without a card spam the seed pool and degrade everyone's deliverability.
Can I bring my own seeds?
Not in the launch version. The shared pool is the value prop — it is bigger and warmer than what any single customer could maintain. We may add a custom-seed feature in a future release.
Do I need a separate cold email tool?
Yes — NeverSpam is a warmup add-on, not a cold email sending tool. We integrate with Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, Woodpecker, and Mailshake, or you can connect any SMTP-capable mailbox directly.
