Generate an Instantly API key
In Instantly, open
Settings → Integrations → API Keysand create a new key with sender + tag scopes. Keep it on your clipboard for step 04. - 02
Sign up for NeverSpam
Create an account at app.neverspam.com and pick the plan that matches your Instantly sender count.

Connect senders
For Google Workspace use OAuth (we'll walk you through the 5-min Cloud Console step). For Microsoft 365 or non-Google, use SMTP/IMAP credentials. Use the same senders you have connected in Instantly.

Paste your Instantly template
In NeverSpam, click New template → Paste from Instantly. Copy your subject and body from the Instantly sequence editor and paste. NeverSpam auto-detects

Paste the Instantly API key
Drop the API key into
Settings → Integrations → Instantlyand pick the tag names you want NeverSpam to write back (we default to Active / Standby / Delayed / Bad). - 06
Add the campaign filter in Instantly
Back in Instantly, edit your campaign, open Email Accounts, and filter to senders tagged Active. Any sender NeverSpam flags Bad will silently drop out of rotation until placement recovers.

Does Instantly have warmup built in?
Yes — Instantly ships a sender warmup feature that exchanges short conversational emails between senders inside Instantly's warmup pool. That builds reputation for the sending address, but the reputation is attached to chit-chat threads, not to your actual cold outreach template. NeverSpam complements Instantly by warming the exact subject and body you're about to send so reputation accrues to your real campaign.
How is the NeverSpam Instantly warmup integration different from Instantly's built-in warmup?
Instantly's warmup is sender-only and template-blind. NeverSpam is template-based: you paste the subject, body, and links from your Instantly sequence, and we warm exactly that against 100K+ real seed inboxes on Gmail, Workspace, Outlook, and Microsoft 365. The reputation we build transfers because spam filters are evaluating the same content you'll send tomorrow.
Can NeverSpam write sender tags back into Instantly?
Yes. After each inbox-placement test we update each sender's Tag inside Instantly via the Instantly API — Active (inboxing), Standby (warming up), Delayed (recovering), or Bad (parked). You build campaign filters in Instantly that only send from senders tagged Active, so a degraded sender stops blasting before it tanks your domain.
Do I need to disable Instantly warmup to use NeverSpam?
No, you can run them side by side, and many of our customers do for the first 14 days. Once you've seen our placement data we usually recommend turning Instantly's warmup off and letting NeverSpam handle warmup on its own — running two warmup tools doubles inbound seed mail and can clutter your sender inbox.
How long until my Instantly campaign sees better deliverability?
Most senders see a measurable lift in inbox placement within 7–10 days, with diminishing-returns gains through day 21. New domains and brand-new Workspace senders need the full 21–30 days. See our warmup duration guide for the math.
Does this work with Instantly sub-sequences and A/B variants?
Yes. You paste each variant into NeverSpam separately and we warm them as distinct templates. That way you find out which variant inboxes best before you point the Instantly campaign at it, instead of burning real prospects on the loser.
Is the Instantly warmup integration officially partnered?
NeverSpam uses Instantly's public API for sender tag automation. We are not an official Instantly partner and we aren't affiliated with Instantly.ai — we're an independent template-based warmup service built for the Instantly workflow.
