From-name analyzer
The "From" name is the first thing your recipient sees — often the only thing, on a locked phone. See exactly how it renders across Gmail mobile, Outlook desktop, and Apple Mail.
Open rates live and die on the From name. Gmail truncates at ~20 characters on mobile. Outlook strips emojis. "Marketing Team" reads like a blast; "Sarah at Acme" reads like a person. The format "First at Company" is the sweet spot for cold outbound: human, identifiable, hard to mistake for a list.
Role accounts (info@, hello@, support@) signal automation. Bare first names look phishy. Full "First Last, Title, Company" truncates ugly. The right format is short, real, and gives the reader one good reason to open.
A great From name gets the open. A warm template earns the reply. See how NeverSpam works.
